Cheryl is the creator of The Queens Gathering. She stumbled on the idea after magical things happened at a birthday brunch with a table full of fabulous women. Cheryl was a dental hygienist by trade for almost 20 years and recently received her Bachelors in Biology from UNC Charlotte in December 2017.
Her plan was to apply to dental school after graduation but life has taken her on a different path. Her passion for women and all things natural hair has also led her to begin another adventure creating goddesslocs for Queens who are looking for a protective style for their natural hair. Cheryl has a heart to see women become all they can be and to join forces with one another to help each other achieve their goals and dreams.
